Conference Registration Fee for all delegates includes:
- Attendance at all scientific sessions and entry to the exhibition hall (Tuesday 1st October - Thursday 3rd October)
- Tea/coffee breaks (Tuesday 1st October - Thursday 3rd October)
- Lunch (Tuesday 1st and Wednesday 2nd October
Workshops
The pre-conference workshop sessions will take place in both the morning and afternoon on Monday 30th September, with the post-conference workshop sessions taking place on the afternoon of Thursday 3rd October. The workshop programme will be confirmed in 2024 however, you can book your preferred session now and select the specific workshop when the programme is confirmed.

Delegate Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be sent by email to ictmc@in-conference.org.uk, please ensure you receive an acknowledgment. A refund less a £40.00 administration fee will be given on cancellations received on or before Monday 5th August 2024. Cancellations made after this date will be charged the total Conference fee and no refund will be provided.
Substitutions can be made at any time, however these may not be reflected in the Programme or Book of Abstracts if changes are made to a presenting author of either an oral or poster presentation after 5th August 2024.
In the event that the conference has to be cancelled due to circumstances out with the control of ICTMC, refunds on registration fees will only apply once other conference expenses have been covered. ICTMC will not be liable for any other travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants.
