Abstract Submission
Themes
Prospective authors interested in the presenting at the International Clinical Trials Methodology Conference 2026 are asked to consider submitting an abstract under one of the following themes:
Online Portal
The deadline to submit an abstract is Wednesday 22nd April 2026. You need to ensure you have completed the submission process by this date. Any submissions in the draft stage will not be considered for review.

Before submitting an abstract, please take a moment to carefully read the submission guidelines.
Guidelines
The word limit for each abstract is 400 words, excluding the title, authors and affiliations. All abstracts must be written and presented in English.
You can choose between the following presentation types:
- Oral Presentation
- Poster Presentation
- Spotlight Session
For completed work by time of submission, we suggest you use a structure like the below:
- Introduction
- Methods/Approach
- Results
- Discussion
For ongoing work that will be completed by the time of the conference, we suggest you use a structure like the below:
- Introduction
- Methods/Approach
- Results Structure and Timelines
- Potential Relevance and Impact
For spotlight sessions, please provide a short description for the overall session in the Abstract Content box. Use the submission template to add more details about each of the presentation topics and speakers and upload a more detailed version in the Supporting Document section.
