Conference registration for all delegates include
- Attendance at all scientific sessions on the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning
- Access to the exhibition hall and poster sessions
- Tea/coffee breaks throughout Tuesday and Wednesday, as well as Thursday morning
- Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday
- Access to the conference mobile app
Payment
Credit card payment is required at the point of registration and MasterCard, Visa, Mastercard/Visa Debit are all accepted.
Please note, we do not accept Purchase cards (P-cards), American Express, Maestro or PayPal.

Workshops
The pre-conference workshop sessions will take place on both the morning and afternoon of Monday 14th September, with the post-conference workshop sessions taking place on the afternoon of Thursday 17th September.
Each individual workshop is priced at £90.00.
The workshop programme will be finalised in May 2026 but you can reserve your place now and register for the sessions alongside the main conference registration.
Delegate cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be sent by email to ictmc@in-conference.org.uk, please ensure you receive an acknowledgment. A refund, less a £40.00 administration fee, will be given on any cancellations received on or before Friday 14th August 2026. Cancellations made after this date will be charged the total Conference fee and no refund will be provided.
Substitutions can be made at any time but please let us know in advance of the event whenever possible. Substitutions may not be reflected in the Programme or Book of Abstracts if changes are made to a presenting author of either an oral or poster presentation after 24th August 2026.
In the event that the conference has to be cancelled due to circumstances out with the control of ICTMC, refunds on registration fees will only apply once other conference expenses have been covered. ICTMC will not be liable for any other travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants.
