Conference Registration fee includes:

  • Attendance at all sessions and entrance to the exhibition area (Monday 7th to Wednesday 9th October)
  • Delegate bag and conference programme
  • Tea/Coffee and lunches on the Monday 7th, Tuesday 8th and Wednesday 9th October

Conference Dinner – Tuesday 8th October 2019
The Conference Dinner will be held at the Hilton Brighton Metropole, and is a great opportunity to network with colleagues, to meet up with old friends and make new ones, more details to follow.

Tickets are priced at £50.00 per person and includes:

  • Welcome Drinks Reception
  • 3 Course Meal with tea & coffee
  • Entertainment – To be confirmed

Payment of Registration Fees

Full payment must be made by credit/debit card at the time of registering.

Cards accepted are VISA, Visa Debit and MasterCard, unfortunately we cannot accept American Express or Maestro.

Entry to the conference will not be permitted unless full payment has been received. On receipt of your registration form, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you by the conference organisers. If you have not received this within 5 working days of registering, please contact the conference organisers by emailing

Delegate Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be submitted by email to the conference organisers (In Conference Ltd) to

Cancellations made on or before 9th September 2019 will be refunded less the £40 administration fee.

Cancellations made after 9th September 2019 will NOT be refunded.

No Shows will NOT be refunded.

All delegates are recommended to ensure they have the correct visas and passport requirements to travel to the conference, see below for more details and guidance

By attending the meeting, members consent to being filmed and/or photographed for ICMTC future marketing purposes.

Non-EU participants may require a Visa to enter the UK.  To check if you need a UK Visa please visit Delegates may also contact the consulate/embassy in their home country for further information.

Validity of Passports
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for travel and we recommend that you check with your local Embassy.  Please note that some countries require your passport to be valid for up to 3 months from the date of return.

**Visa Applications – Letter From The Organising Secretariat**
If you require a letter to confirm your registration please complete the online registration form and make payment. Please email  to request a letter after you have registered and made payment.
If your visa is declined we are only able to offer refunds in line with our cancellation terms and conditions.
